Design Responsibilities
Brought on under a short-term design contract to help establish brand identity and design consistency within the clients corporate assets. The scope of the projects included creating a bold and sophisticated corporate brochure, an identical template for the property information flyers, and designing consistent email signatures for the employees to implement.
VISION
Due to the location of the client (Miami, FL), the existing brand colors, and the relevant industry, it was the perfect opportunity to pay tribute to the Art Deco era, which is a huge part of the culture and architecture in Miami. This was achieved by designing a sheet of simple, geometric, & streamlined elements to be used throughout the assets being creating.
